One man’s vision (man aka Andrew), 20 months, a £1000 start up fund, 8 recruitments and several top-notch clients later and MadeBrave® are officially award winners!
At last night’s Glasgow Business Awards 2013, brought to us by Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and sponsor Bank of Scotland, we were crowned Best Performing Business (1-10 employees.)
It’s true, we have the trophy (and the headache from a little too much prosecco and whisky last night,) to prove it. We all headed out, channelling Don Draper and Megan Draper, ate a lot of food, enjoyed a wee merry drink or two and celebrated after being announced winners.
We’re a happy bunch of hard-working creatives and if you come and visit us here at MadeBrave® HQ, you’ll see that it’s a great place to be (and possibly the coolest office in Glasgow too – just saying!) We put much of our success down to exactly that – shiny, happy people (minus the holding hands), doing what they love, having a platform to be creative, experiment and be really geeky (in a geek chic kind of way, obviously.) It’s this environment that breeds great work. Great work ultimately results in amazing clients, and amazing, happy clients leads to spectacular success – which it turns out also leads to awards!
How do we feel? Delighted, ecstatic, darn well proud. It’s been a total whirlwind for us, but we wouldn’t change a thing.
