We’re hiring a Traffic Manager—and not just ANY traffic manager, mind you. We’re looking for someone with communications skills for days, a hawk eye for detail, and a sixth sense for prioritising resource across the studio. Sound up your street? Let’s scroll.
It’s exciting times here at Casa MadeBrave®! Between continual growth with our current clients (seriously, they’re the best) and buckets of new work heading our way, we’re now on the look out for a Traffic Manager to join our award-winning team.
As a Traffic Manager you’ll manage the workflow of our creative studio to deliver exciting work for some of the biggest brands across the UK and beyond.
The Role
- Manage the end to end scheduling process, tracking progress via regular communication with the relevant teams and our project management systems

- Monitor the progress of work and ensure projects stay within budget perimeters by ensuring all information held within our project management system is accurate
- Produce monthly reports for Senior Management
- Liaise with suppliers for all print, manufacturing and other production related matters to coincide with the required deadlines as set by our clients and organise the logistics involved to meet those deadlines
- Liaise with all freelance suppliers for additional support required, managing administration of agreements and PO’s.
- Ensure creative briefs meet agreed standards and include essential criteria for work to proceed
- Reprioritise your own workload and the work within the studio as required with the business objectives in mind
- Continuously improve systems and processes to ensure maximum efficiency within the studio
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the agency ensuring an open communicative and collaborative approach
- Attend project meetings regularly to stay informed on the status of projects, any immediate requirements or changes to timelines
- Proofread and spot-check work ensuring briefs have been fully met before issuing work to Client Services
- Be a MadeBrave ambassador assisting with events, exhibitions and outreach work where necessary
