From award wins to moving house, here’s our favourite bits of 2015.
It’s not long to go until we all raise a glass, bring in the bells and eat an entire steak pie dinner at midnight (still don’t know where that idea came from, but who’s complaining?) New Year’s Eve (or Hogmanay as we like to call it in Bonnie Scotland) is always a nice time to look back at the last twelve months and have a chuckle at the best bits. Speaking of best bits, here’s ours…
We got past the not-so-terrible twos and celebrated our third birthday! Naturally, we marked the occasion by turning ourselves into toddlers and having cake for breakfast (as you do).
This year, we introduced MadeSocial – the part of MadeBrave® offering social media services (funnily enough). If you just so happen to fancy any help with that sort of thing, head over to the MadeSocial page for more info and get in touch!
Things started getting pretty cosy in our old studio, so it was time to get movin’ on up and movin’ on out. Welcome to our new home in Glasgow’s East End!
Pedal For Scotland and MadeBrave®
This year, we were Creative Partners of Pedal For Scotland (and we even created our own ride – The MadeBrave® Team Challenge). Of course, when it came round to the event in September, we hopped on our bikes and got cycling too!
We’ve offered digital services since pretty much day-dot, but it made sense to put it all under the one department. Say hello to MadeDigital!
This June, we marked our second year as Official Creative Partners of TEDxGlasgow (and learned some pretty cool things along the way) – bring on 2016!
Introducing MadeBrave® Originals
In the summer, we added a new string the MadeBrave® bow – our lifestyle brand, MadeBrave® Originals (stay tuned for some exciting things ahead in 2016!)
The Drum Scottish Creative Awards – We Won!
We were happier than a bunch of happy campers to win in the ‘Design: Corporate/Promotional Literature’ category, for the 50 Year Anniversary book we designed for Vango. Proud team moment!
It was a bit of a hat-trick for us this year as we announced our Creative Partnership with Kiltwalk. We did everything from their new brand and website to a social media takeover around the launch. Watch this space – we might be donning our kilts and flashing our knees for the Glasgow walk next year.
Last year, we had just 12 Merry MadeBravers, but now we have a grand total of 24 (now you see why we needed a bigger boat).
Thanks to everyone for making 2015 bloomin’ brilliant! Don’t be stranger next year – get in touch!
