2024 is proving to be quite a banner year for us here at MadeBrave. We were recently named Scotland’s ‘Agency of the Year’ at the Marketing Society Star Awards. Our revenues have soared from £4.6M to £6.4M, mostly driven by our growth beyond the UK to the US and EMEA. We’ve also further expanded our client roster to include Pfizer to our list of global giants such as Pfizer, VELUX, First Bus, and more.

Now add this to the list—we’re on the move.

A brand new brand home

Our decision to move into The Social Hub in Glasgow city centre is more than a relocation—it’s a strategic leap. One that will help us to drive further international expansion in sectors like healthcare, finance, and FMCG. And as their anchor tenant, we’ll be able to tap into The Social Hub’s global network.

But even more than that, it’s an exciting moment for our team because we’ll now have the opportunity to make our work culture even better.

It’s all about our people

As we’ve often said, our work environment is crucial because it’s an expression of our culture and supports our team’s creativity and productivity. Our new space at The Social Hub will foster more innovation, better collaboration, and overall well-being for our people (not to mention there’s a gym, a restaurant, a cafe, and world-class event spaces).

And as it turns out, we’ll need the extra space for our expanding team including a Client Services Director, a Project Manager, and an Art Director & Copywriter Creative Duo, all to help us deliver even better work for our amazing clients.

More about The Social Hub

The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality pioneer with 18 locations across Europe. They’re renowned for creating spaces that bring together diverse communities under one roof to learn, stay, work, and play. From hotel and extended stay rooms to co-working and meeting & events spaces to food & drink facilities, they’re well-known for their dynamic and purpose-driven inclusive environments.

The Social Hub marked their UK market entry in April of this year with their new flagship location in Glasgow. Located in the city’s Merchant City area, it offers guests from all walks of life the opportunity to foster connections within beautifully designed spaces facilitated by a rich calendar of events and experiences open to the community.

Needless to say, it’s a match made in heaven.

Our move to The Social Hub marks a significant new phase for us. Work environment is an essential component for creativity and work culture, so we’ve always made it a major focus at MadeBrave.

The Social Hub will provide our team with greater flexibility, access to better amenities, and more opportunities to collaborate with a vibrant creative community. This strategic decision will also allow us to leverage 18 global locations to better serve our international client base.

Our brand on the move

If you know us, then you know packing everything up into a moving truck could never do. Instead, in true MadeBrave style we decided to take our box-moving to new heights, using an air taxi to transport one of our most prized possessions—our light-up MadeBrave sign.

Even better, we captured a few shots behind the scenes with the team –

After an unpredictable period post-COVID, we’ve emerged stronger than ever. Our robust revenues signal a promising trajectory of sustained growth and stability, which is encouraging.

With an eye on the future and a foothold in the global market, we hope to continue on this path of success – delivering creative excellence and value for our clients around the world, supported by our new partners and ‘home’, The Social Hub.
