Creative type? Here’s our top seven must-sees at SXSW 2016.

Okay, so even though we’re not able to make it to SXSW this year, it doesn’t mean that we can’t live vicariously through social media, right? It’s kinda like going on Pinterest to decorate your dream house, or setting the filters to “Sort by: Highest Price” just for funsies, we had a quick glance (repeatedly, for the last month) at this year’s SXSW line up and came up with the perfect line up of must-sees for designy folk.  So, if you’re going, we suggest you check these out (and take us with you) or we can simply all join together and dream.

Miss Me: The Artful Vandal 

A must-see from the renowned SXSW documentary shorts competition, Miss Me: The Artful Vandal is about the renowned Montreal-based artist ‘MissMe’ a ex-employee of one of the world’s most successful agencies, who quit her job to take to the streets as an underground street artist.

Creating the Modern Media Company

A great one for anyone interested in how new-age media has changed the way companies grow, this seminar is held by Jim Bankoff, Chairman and CEO of Vox Media Inc and focuses on what the short, mid, and long term view of the digital media landscape looks like for publishers and brands alike.

Stewart Butterfield in Conversation with Farhad Manjoo

Don’t know about you lot, but we use Slack pretty much every day at Casa MadeBrave. In the seminar, Farhad Manjoo, New York Times technology columnist, takes the stage with Stewart Butterfield, CEO and co-founder of Slack to talk start ups, and whether tech people are saving or ruining the world.
