TRC Media are doing brave things for Scotland’s digital media sector, and our head honcho is jumping on board!

It hasn’t been too long—nearly a year to be exact, since our Andrew took off to the worldwide Mecca for design nerds and tech geeks, aka Silicon Valley. Put on by UK-based TRC Media, this grand tour de Facebook, Dropbox, Sonar, Unity, Twitter, Xamarin, IDEO, Pixar, Fantasy, First Opinion, Splunk AND Medium (whew!) really was a game-changer for Andrew (and for all of us, thanks to the bucket of knowledge-nuggets he brought home)

Just this week, the folks at TRC Media announced they’re bringing Andrew on as part of the board, which includes influencers from across the industry including senior execs from Channel 4 and BBC. Here’s what our Bossman had to say about it:

“TRC’s Cross Creative initiative in California, where we met companies like Facebook, Twitter and Dropbox, was a game-changer for me and others who made the trip. To spend quality time with senior guys in their working environment was the kind of education and learning curve that would be hard to find anywhere else on the planet.
