Our Sniffrr app won a chip at The Drum Chip Shop Awards.

Holy chip – we took home a chip from The Chip Shop Awards and couldn’t be more chipper if we fried! (Sorry guys, we’ve fairly ‘pickled’ egged these puns). Back on April 1st (some of you might know it as something else) we launched a new revolutionary app called Sniffrr, using state-of-the-art robotic nostril technology that allows users to save, share and re-sniff anything their nose desires. The thing about this app, is that it wasn’t actually real (there, you got us) but a fun April Fools prank that we felt would be great to enter in the ‘Best Use of Tech For Tech’s Sake’ category at this year’s chippies.

Well, we followed our nose to London (Brixton, to be exact) and along with the guys from Hongik University for their amazing iDog app, took home a chip in our category.

It’s always a challenge to do a project in a day, but the team came up with the idea and just went for it. This is our first national creative award as an agency, so it’s a biggie for us.” – Steven Hadden, Design Director

Topical, cheeky and great copy – this was a unanimous favourite.

It’s no wonder this incredible use of coffee cups scooped up the grand prix (otherwise know as the big chip). It really makes us stop and think.

Hide-behind-your-hands-worthy, this is a brilliant ad you can’t unsee. Fist bumps for Trump pumps (eh, puns – we meant puns).

At first, you think it’s a funny visual (which it is) but after reading the message, it’s clear that this ad is about much more. Very clever and really does make you think.
